Refuge could not operate efficiently without the selfless hours given by our volunteers. These individuals enable Refuge Services to provide professional services, clean facilities, and efficient operations. Through their hard work, Refuge is able to bring healing to countless individuals across the South Plains. Our volunteers undergo a rigorous background check, interview process, and application process, that ensures that each volunteer is of the highest quality. This protects our staff, horses, and most of all our clients.
